- The driver of the boat must always be 100% sober.
- In case you see a buoy floating on the surface of the sea, keep a distance of 20 to 30 meters from it, because there is probably a diver at that point of the seabed.
- When approaching the beach, speed should not exceed 3 knots and always stay away from swimmers.
- Anchoring: Remember to always leave a long chain and rope, almost 3 times the size of the boat (depending on the size of the bottom). The anchor chain must always be completely covered by the water.
- In case something is wrong with the boat and there is no help near you, please call the person in charge or if you have no signal, call 112 and give your location, so that help can come immediately.
- You should follow the seating protocol.
- Avoid dangerous maneuvers or sailing at high speed among swimmers because a fine will be imposed by the Port Authority.
- Be careful that the propeller does not hit rocks or the shore, so that you do not get too close to the land (there may be invisible rocks).
- Respect the swimmers as well as other boats.
